Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Marketing Manager role located in Coimbatore. As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, managing advertising and promotional campaigns, and monitoring the performance of the sales and marketing efforts. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively
• Knowledge of market research and analysis
• Familiarity with marketing tools, software, and platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
