Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing manager to lead our marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a variety of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media channels.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

• Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).

Manage budget and allocate funds wisely.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role.

• Demonstrable experience in developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Degree in marketing or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in marketing or business administration.

• Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
