Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: Chembur East, Mumbai
Type: Work from Office
Start Date: Immediate
Experience Required: 0-3 years (Freshers welcome!)
Working Hours: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Responsibilities
Sales:
Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to drive sales.
Follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to nurture relationships.
Initiate and manage sales processes to acquire new clients and maintain client satisfaction.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through research and analysis.
Support sales growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition strategies.
Meet weekly sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
Assist in handling social media, marketing, and public relations tasks as required.
Marketing:
Develop brand awareness and foster relationships with target audiences to enhance customer engagement.
Assist in formulating comprehensive marketing plans, executing advertising strategies, and organizing campaigns.
Identify strategic advertising opportunities, including placements in press media and radio.
Create, edit, and review marketing content for online and print campaigns to ensure accuracy and maximize effectiveness.
Generate compelling content such as videos, blog posts, and creative materials to resonate with B2B audiences.
Coordinate and participate in industry events like conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to bolster brand presence.
Seek and secure sponsorships to augment brand visibility and extend market reach.
Conduct thorough market research utilizing surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to gain insights into market trends.
Evaluate and refine marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and SEO strategies for optimal performance.
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business objectives to enhance B2B engagement.
Monitor SEO performance metrics and web traffic to gauge and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Excellent writing and editing abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing strategies, and event planning is a plus.
Experience with sales, lead generation, or marketing roles is advantageous.
