Job Summary:
Youthville Hostels is looking for a proactive and energetic B2B Sales Executive to support the company's efforts in driving business growth through corporate and institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and securing bulk bookings from companies, universities, and other organizations. This role is critical for expanding Youthville's footprint in the student housing and hostel accommodation market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients including corporates, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Client Outreach: Use cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads and arrange client meetings.
- Sales Pitch: Present Youthville's hostel offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of long-term partnerships and bulk bookings.
- Build Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with existing and potential clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Sales Support: Assist the B2B Sales Manager with proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Market Research: Keep track of market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments such as hospitality, real estate, or student housing.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage in cold outreach and convert leads into sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good understanding of CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
