Job Description

About the Company: Plant based Dietary supplements company.

Overview:

The candidate shall be required to connect with the cafes, food joints, HORECA, Supermarkets and Hypermarkets in the assigned district, promote and explain them the multiple benefits of our various products and help with the on boarding process and subsequently support in generating sales. They shall act as the face of the company and shall be responsible to keep a good relationship with all customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To engage in the cultivation, growing and harvesting of a wide variety of microgreens using sustainable and innovative agricultural practices, including setting up and managing indoor and outdoor farming facilities equipped with modern agricultural technologies.
  • To sell, market, and distribute fresh and high-quality microgreens to consumers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and other food service establishments both domestically and internationally and to create a robust distribution network to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • To conduct marketing and promotional activities aimed at increasing awareness and consumption of microgreens among the public, including organizing events, workshops, and campaign to educate consumers on the nutritional benefits and culinary uses of microgreens.
  • To offer consultancy and advisory services related to the setup, operation and management of microgreen cultivation units, providing expertise on the selection of suitable varieties, cultivation techniques, facility design, and technology integration for efficient production.
  • To develop and offer franchise opportunities for individuals and entities interested in establishing their microgreen cultivation units under the company's brand and providing comprehensive support in terms of training, supply chain management, marketing, and operational guidance to ensure the success of the franchisees.

Qualifications & Skills:

Should have good communication skills with convincing ability.

Should minimum be a 12th Pass or a graduate.

Should have basic computer knowledge.

Candidates with prior knowledge and experience of 1-2 yrs in food industry shall be an added advantage

Should have a 2-wheeler and license

Should be willing to travel extensively and also have prior knowledge of the areas of your assigned region.

Should be assertive and be able to maintain good relationship with all clients

Shift timings - 9.30am -5.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
