- Position Summary: We are looking for four dynamic Sales/Marketing Executives to drive our sales and marketing efforts across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Telangana, and Maharashtra. The ideal candidates will have experience in handling industrial products and automation systems, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic products. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and promoting our automation solutions.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our automation products and solutions. Identify and target potential clients in assigned regions.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic products, as well as automation systems and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
Sales Targets:
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance, including progress towards goals and revenue forecasts.Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team, as well as other departments, to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and customer engagement.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the industrial automation sector, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or electronic products, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and automation.
- Education: Diploma or engineering degree preferred. An MBA with experience in industrial products is also desirable.
Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of industrial automation products and technologies.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
