We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team (Preferably Female with a background of Hospitality Industry). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve our business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products/services.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies and maximize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
