We, at Ohhpro, are looking for a young Business Development Executive who would be responsible for growing the Ohhpro-Junction business in their respective regions. She/he will be responsible for generating project leads by scouting, references, procuring databases, etc., and developing strategic alliances with real estate builders, channel partners/Facility Management Agencies, Brokers, and HNIs. She/ he would be responsible for setting up meetings, showcasing the product's live demo, and getting the cheque from the client. Folks with considerable experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in IT/Technology will be preferable. Anyone with a knack for startups or belonging to a startup background will be preferred.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Building Sales Funnel (Generating Leads) - The BDE should get the right contacts of residential complex byways of Scouting Procuring Databases- Online and offline, Builders, Brokers etc.
2) Fix meetings - The BDE will be responsible for arranging meetings for the Ohhpro-Junction demo and discussion.
3) Product Demo - The BDE should be well-versed with the entire product suite to conduct a face-to-face demo session.
4) Follow-up and Relationship Building - The BDE should try to build a very good relationship with the decision-makers of the management committee, also needs to be in constant touch with the MC, so that they do not lose interest in the offering until the deal is finalized.
5) Issue Resolution- After the deal is closed, the BDE is responsible for resolving all the issues arising from the client.
