Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance hospital revenue and market presence.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with hospital goals.
Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote hospital services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
