Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves field sales activities, focusing on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our products/services directly to customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting field sales visits to potential clients to promote company products/services.
- Identifying and prospecting new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
