Position Overview:

CultureX is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and shape the future of influencer marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market segments to generate leads.
  • Utilise various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to prospect and qualify leads.
  • Assist the sales team in the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Provide input and insights to the sales team based on market research and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the MarTech industry and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
