Role Description
- Work closely with the Partners on seamless servicing & co-ordination of projects with existing & new Clients.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations, excel sheets, checklists etc. as per project requirement.
- Fetch Exhibitors data and send emails and make calls. Generate leads, understand design and show requirements.
- Brief the designers with client requirements.
- Engage with Clients for feedback & approvals on 3d Designs.
- Effectively understand & record Client feedback with high level of accuracy.
- Communicate Client inputs to Design team, Production team, Organizers, Vendors etc. as per established company formats & processes.
- Maintain comprehensive reports & documents as per standard processes of the company.
- Generate Quotations / Invoices.
- Be a reliable point of contact providing client support throughout the Exhibition planning and execution process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Proven success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Experience in the exhibition or events industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
