We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Manager with a flair for sales and marketing to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in front desk operations and a proven ability to generate leads.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Drive lead generation through effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.

• Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a knack for lead generation.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
