Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation
Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the EIA industry, with
a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation, and
automation systems and products.
Sales and Marketing Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for
interacting with clients and team members.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service and relationship management
abilities.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is
beneficial.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or EIA are advantageous.
