- Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
- Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Heavy Structure Fabrication Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales team, understanding customer needs, and promoting our heavy structure fabrication services.
- Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy structure fabrication sector.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Sales Strategies:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Work closely with the management team to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our heavy structure fabrication services.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Provide clients with detailed and accurate information about our products and services.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the heavy structure fabrication or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of heavy structure fabrication processes and industry trends is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: 8,352.37 - 29,280.87 per month
