Attending customers enquiries and co ordination with them on call. Lead Generation, cold calling to accumulate new customers / Emailing To plan and discuss visit schedules every week with Reporting Person Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of products To collect information the customer regarding their current purchases Making follow-up calls to confirm order status Assist to Sr. Manager in daily activities and task Responsible for increase the sale of silverline products To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products Continue follow up with clients / customers, Maintain a relationship with customers/ Client Continue follow up with clients / customers Updation of marketing data on daily basis Sending quotations to the client and proper follow up with them Attending customers complaints on daily basis Follow up with customers/clients for payment (If delay) To support the marketing manager, and other colleagues by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Self-driven individual Pro active and positive approach Proficiency in Communication in English Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Should be able to search possible customer sector wise
