SOFTWARE: MS PACKAGE
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: ELECTRICAL SWITCHGEAR PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, CABLES, BUS DUCT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MEETING CUSTOMER AND GENERATING ENQUIRIES.
- GETTING MAKE / BRAND APPROVALS.
- OFFER FOLLOW UPS.
- NEGOTIATING AND CLOSING THE ORDER.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and generate inquiries.
- Brand and Make Approvals: Secure approvals for our products from relevant make/brand authorities.
- Offer Follow-ups: Follow up on quotations and proposals submitted to customers.
- Negotiation and Order Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and successfully close sales orders.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and identify potential new markets and opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma, Engineering degree, or equivalent in a relevant field.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Industry Experience: Solid experience in the electrical switchgear panels, transformers, cables, and busduct industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
