dispatch.
3. Unload material at the store and site location.
4. Check the site location for proper unloading and loading.
5. Plan material unloading.
6. Arrange outside labour and Hydra for loading and unloading.
7. Check the quantity and quality of the material received as per the
challan.
8. Stack material in the correct location.
9. Record the loading and unloading of material in the store.
10. Manage daily store activities.
11. Maintain store cleanliness and keep proper records. 12. Receive material from the Railway store and other stores with an
arrangement.
13. Prepare material for dispatch with an accurate count.
14. Arrange for short materials.
15. Clean released materials for stocks in use.
16. Prepare a challan for the dispatched quantity.
17. Update daily transaction entries in the register. 18. It is important to thoroughly check for any discrepancies or defective
materials and take immediate action to coordinate with the store
management and purchase department.
19. Purchase local consumable materials from the local market.
