We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Fleeter, a company dedicated to revolutionizing India's heavy equipment rental industry. As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Experience with direct sales and product marketing
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and marketing team in implementing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with customer onboarding and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content
- Help organize and attend promotional events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
