Job Description

Conduct market analysis and research to stay updated on the latest trends.
Visit Restaurants, cafes and hotels for marketing and sales
Build rapport with purchase managers and executive of said establishments
Track upcoming events like farmers market, cooking shows etc for participation
Calling and following up with b2c customers for sales
Design and implement innovative marketing campaign ideas.
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and customer feedback.
Prepare and deliver detailed promotional presentations.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Contribute to the creation of sales strategies, mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
Proficiency with marketing software and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati.
Demonstrated passion for marketing and customer satisfaction.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.
