Arenq is a leading energy solutions provider with a focus on optimizing energy needs. Our team of experts, with over 2 decades of industry knowledge, ensure precise and efficient energy solutions. We are rapidly expanding and will soon be ubiquitous with our expert solutions.

Owned by the BBC Group, we are investing in a lithium battery pack manufacturing unit in Shahada, Nandurbar district, and have our corporate office in Pune. Additionally, we have regional offices and service centers throughout the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Arenq. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client management, and closing deals. This role will be primarily located in Chennai, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
  • Knowledge of energy solutions and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus
