Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our impact in the education space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth and revenue targets.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and motivating team members to exceed targets.

3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.

7. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally within the edtech or education sector.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. In-depth understanding of B2C sales, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for tracking performance and trends.

5. Ability to work in a remote environment while effectively leading a distributed team.
