We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team at WIC in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager must be comfortable with reviewing sales data and supporting the team in reaching their targets. The successful candidate will need to identify opportunities, maintain relationships with clients as well as maintain a professional image of the department and organization overall. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field 1 years of experience in sales management Proven experience driving revenue growth and generating new business Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
