Our manufacturing unit, located in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand, produces Diesel Generating Sets ranging from 7.5 KVA to 1500 KVA to cater to various customer requirements.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Ranchi & Bihar locations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities in the assigned region. This is a full-time on-site role, where you will interact with potential customers, build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. You will also collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance our market presence and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the field of electrical equipment or power solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering in sales & marketing, or a related field.
