Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate company in Hyderabad. This role involves individual sales responsibilities as well as overseeing the operations and management of a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive both individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective client engagement, property showings, and closing deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the telecalling team.- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
Operations Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of the telecalling team, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards.
Implement and manage efficient workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency.- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Handle complex client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.- Develop long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Duties:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
