Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales through Relationship Manager & make sure they achieve their KRA
- Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments.
- Revenue product wise, segment wise and Branch level Profit
- Resolve all back-office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
- Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers.
- Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive & Increase Market share.
- Recruitment, training and retention of manpower as per approval

Should Carry Min 5-8 Person with him & able to Manage team size of 10+ Relationship Manager
