Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Experience: 4-5 years

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Collaborate with the product development and design teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project deliverables.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the product development and design industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and design processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with overseas clients and international sales.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
