Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to sell and grow water treatment chemicals business in Steel industry in
North & West region including Chhattisgarh.

- Understanding the client s concerns, challenges and delivering solution to address those concerns.
- Knowledge of the Steel Plant process.
- Develop healthy opportunities, connect with customer and provide the right solution to customer.
- Sell values to customer not merely chemicals. Defines ROI model to customer.
- Looking for new and innovative opportunities to promote Veolia WTS and keep track of market trends, new technologies and competition strategy.
- Maintain and update the market search and sales reports.
- Development of sales with existing customers by handling new enquiries and negotiation.
- Regular visits to potential customers and maintain the relationships with them. (Upsell)
- Responsible to ensure timely dispatch/execution of customer orders, providing customer support and service after sales.
- Responsible for assisting Management in planning, selling products and coordinating the promotional events and campaigns or connect with the right customer.
- Be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
- Interface with appropriate internal departments (engineering, customer service, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance etc.) as needed.
- Responsible to handle service team and instruct them to execute the order technically well.
- Maintains all records relates to EHS, payment, dispatches and customer communications.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in steel market working on chemical sales and service.
- Effective communication and customer presentation skills & flexibility of travelling across entire zone (North-West)
- Candidate must have 3-4 years of dedicated service experience in service sector of steel industries.
Good to Have Requirements:
- Good analytical and report making skills.
- Customer knowledge in north-West market.
- Team player and innovative.
BE/B. Tech (Chemical) or Science post graduate from an accredited university or college
