Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, implementing effective strategies and driving business growth, leading and motivating sales team to achieve their targets and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance and support to the sales team. Set clear objectives, targets, and performance expectations. Motivate team members to excel and achieve their goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue. Identify market opportunities, target segments, and competitive advantages. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders and industry partners. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Provide coaching, feedback and mentorship to help team members improve their performance.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue targets, conversion rates and client satisfaction scores. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures and technology solutions to enhance productivity and performance.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Encourage teamwork, communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance and operations, to achieve common goals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations and industry practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
