Sales Manager - Used Car Loan

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives for the used car loan segment.

2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

3. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments within the used car loan segment, focusing on OEMs, car dealerships, and individual consumers.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, car dealerships, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of used car loan applications, delivering a seamless customer experience.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business expansion.

7. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to used car loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
