About the Company:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10 years of similar experience in Residential Real Estate Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Hyderabad.
  • Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
  • Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
  • Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
  • To handhold the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the nature of activities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, they can work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
