- Experience: 10 years of similar experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential villa projects in Hyderabad.
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- To handhold the customer through the pre-sales post-sales process till possession.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the nature of activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with the clients.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, they can work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
