Responsibilities: Conducting market research and identifying possible sales territory.
Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions.
Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
Meet regular sales funnel targets and coordinate with sales HOD.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Communicate with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Travelling as per schedule in various territories /states to meet prospecting customers and maintain prospects funnel.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Proven experience as sales executive.
Proficiency in Hindi and English. (Marathi, Punjabi are also preferable)
Computer literacy.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with results driven approach.
Experience with CRM software.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
