Job Description

A Premium Brand of Mobile Accessories is looking for a National Sales Head to lead its Sales Function.

Candidates from within the Mobile Accessories Industry & based out of Delhi NCR will have a stronger advantage.

**Position Overview:**

The Sales Manager will oversee the entire offline GT Channel sales operations within the company. This role involves developing strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction & managing the team.

KPIs

1. **Sales Strategy and Planning:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Be able to operate within the framework & resources provided by the company

- Establish annual sales targets and ensure they are met monthly / quarterly

- Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Provide timely competition analysis

2. **Team Leadership:**

- Lead from the front & have market presence

- Retain & groom top performers in existing team

- Recruit, hire, and train sales team members.

- Devise system & methods to monitor key KPIs of each team member

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. **Customer Relationship Management:**

- Maintain close relationships & forge bonds with key clients & channel partners

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities open new markets & new channels of sales

- Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure amicable conflict resolution

4. **Sales Operations:**

- Oversee daily sales activities and operations.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts for each quarter

- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

- Manage the sales budget and expenses.

5. Sales Promotions & Communication

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.

- Communicate sales goals and strategies to the team and other departments.

- Ensure alignment between sales and overall marketing objectives.

- Design & execute monthly & quarterly promotions for channel partners.

- Ensure effective deployment of marketing collaterals & assets

Pre-Requistes / Must-Have

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Be from the mobile accessories industry vertical

- Proven experience in sales management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in sales softwares, excel and CRM systems.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Good to Have :**

- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).

- Experience in complimentary industries like Handset or FMCG

- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.

**Working Conditions:**

- Full-time position.

- Will require frequent travel to meet clients or attend industry events.

- Office environment with occasional remote work opportunities.

**Compensation:**

- Competitive salary based on experience. Fixed + Variable package starts at 10 LPA

- Performance-based incentives.
