  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Leading negotiations, preparing sales contracts, and closing deals with clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

Real Estate and Construction Expertise:

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrating a strong understanding of the real estate and construction projects being offered, including features, benefits, and specifications.
