Job Responsibilities:

• Research the latest market trends, target segments, strategies and make presentations on the same
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound/ outbound leads - calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Make presentations and pitches to customers
• Pitch the product to the leads for further development and closure
• Close sales
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned project
• Should do field works

Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Experience in Realestate is compulsory.
• Strong closing skills & Ability to present multiple product lines
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month

• Real estate: 2 years (Required)
• Sales Manager: 3 years (Required)
