We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
