  • Compilation of a diverse candidate database featuring hard-to-obtain signals such as active jobseeking status, recommendations, latest resumes, and job interests.
  • Devising innovative strategies to uncover hidden talent.
  • Matching suitable candidates with companies to minimize mismatches and rejections.

We have partnered with 100+ startups in India and the US, including AtoB, Rephrase, and more.

Despite being a 3-year-old company, we have maintained profitability for multiple months and are approaching a $1M annualized revenue

The Role

Chetan, our co-founder and CPO, is seeking a dedicated individual to lead sales and account management efforts for our subscription-based enterprise platform. The role involves a 50% focus on sales and a 50% focus on account management.

Role Progression

  • Initial responsibilities as an Individual Contributor (IC) for several months
  • Progression to an 80% IC and 20% manager within 3 months.
