Sales Manager

The Little Gym is a child development center that offers gymnastics programs to children aged 4 months to 12 years, focusing on building self-confidence. With over 40 years of experience and more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is excited to launch in India with branches in Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Raipur, and Sri Lanka. As a franchise owner, you will be part of a fun franchise family dedicated to the growth and development of children, while also realizing your dreams of building a successful business.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, conducting sales meetings, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales strategies, attend industry events, and participate in networking opportunities to promote The Little Gym and attract new customers. Your goal will be to contribute to the overall success and expansion of The Little Gym in Chennai.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of the child development industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
