Job Role (Objective of the Role)
Responsibilities
- Meeting International Property Consultants (IPC) and Domestic Property Consultants (DPC) and Maintain a good and continuous relationship with the DPC and IPC
- Prepare quote / proposals and close office cabin space enquiries, virtual office, Hot desking, just dial enquiry and conference
- Building channel where there is a scope for business and arrange site visit.
- Client Management and Communication Interaction with clients, getting feedback and maintaining relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Will be involved in independently generating sales reports, sales analysis, revenue management, forecast trends, qualify new segments, rationalize demand and supply ratios, involve in pricing and speculations, augment marketing and sales efforts
- Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized business solutions
- Understand role of the internet within business-to-business (B2B) marketing
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
- Responsible for generating profitable business for our Company products
- Play an active role in all sales strategies that are decided by team
- Forecast business and sales pipeline as required and Update management on the status of all prospects.
- Develop and manage new and existing key corporate accounts.
