We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our new property. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales management within night clubs, high-energy bars, or pubs, with mandatory experience in cloud kitchens. The F&B Sales Manager will drive sales, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the success of our food and beverage operations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within a night club, high-energy bar, or pub, with mandatory cloud kitchen experience.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
