Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at TeeLabs. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing coaching and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Benefits:
  • Pay: 480,000.00 - 720,000.00 per year
  • ESI, PF, Health insurance
  • Paid time off
