Roles and Responsibilities :
- Works closely with the Customer and MNC Channel Partners, as technical consultant and commercial support
- Develop channel for better results.
- Understands customer requirements and MNC value add solutions
- Develops a detailed plan to deliver the strategic growth within the territory
- Connects customer feedback with product development
- Provide a co-ordinate approach to our growth strategy of customer expansion, global expansion, product expansion and segment expansion working closely with BU.
- Negotiate sales and complete terms and conditions agreements
- Achieve assigned sales goals and identify projects offering potential for growth
Competencies :
- Previous experience of Oil & Gas, process pump industry is a must.
- Knowledge of API 610, API 685, API 682, API 617, API 618, API 614.
- Experienced in application support.
- Technical know-how of pump/compressor application and market.
- Good knowledge of Techno-commercial negotiations.
- Experience working across all client types (EPC, PMC and End Users) in the oil & gas (Refining and Petrochemical sectors)
Accountability :
- The overall bookings against budget performance.
- Influencing key customers to purchase MNC products
- Grow client/application base year on year whilst maintaining repeat customers
- Manage forecast of bookings for territory with data to support projected numbers
