Sales Manager - Job Profile

Responsible Field Sales position for the Go-Getters. We are hiring people who love selling Properties both commercial and residential.

One should have high standards of professionalism. Pursue conversations with potential customers, help them understand about our product we offer and make benefit oriented conversations.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Real Estate Sector in Gurugram along with Excellent Communication and Selling skills.

Should have to be aware of the Local Geography and ideally should have his/her own conveyance.

Candidates from Real Estate Industry Preferred but can be from the Call Centre Industry, Aviation, Insurance as shall be considered.

Should have ability to work independently.

Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter, self motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Lead Generation though calling, references. Organising and Going for site visits in Gurugram & Delhi NCR, following up and closing the deals with the clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation : Salary + Commissions
