Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for building a steady pipeline of potential buyers, managing channel partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve sales targets in coordination with the Site/Project Sales Head.
- Assist in deal closures and ensure booking formalities are completed.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and activate new partners.
- Provide clarity to customers about project details, timelines, financing options, and maintenance.
- Analyze competitors and prepare strategies to differentiate the project.
- Keep track of individual sales performance, bookings, and recovery charts.
- Maintain and update client data in the ERP system from enquiry to booking.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS for analysis and submit them weekly to the manager.
- Coordinate with Marketing for brand-building activities and ensure a standardized customer experience.
- Represent the organization for key customers like HNIs and NRIs.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
Experience:
Total: 3-7 years.
Real Estate Sales: At least 2 years.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
- Knowledge of relevant micro-markets.
- Proficient in communication, influencing, and negotiation.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and prepare MIS reports.
