We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in sales and should be able to manage a team of sales professionals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals
• Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance, coaching, and training as needed
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
