Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad , Surat , Baroda. The Sales Manager/ASM will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires on-site presence and a proactive approach to drive sales growth in the Surat region.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the travel industry of selling tour packages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
