Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying business growth opportunities in the Mumbai market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the financial industry or with MSMEs is a plus
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
