Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets. This is a full-time position based in North Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry. As a Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

o Ability to manage team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Meeting clients to brief product through presentations
o Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
o Following up with clients towards sales closures.
o Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times
o Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing
key client relationships from time to time.
o Onboard new Channel partners and drive channel sales
o Consistently partner with all the sales teams and channel partners to achieve
revenue
o Be accountable for achieving sales targets
