To develop and lead the delivery of South India of Passive cold chain Sales ensuring that identified sales strategies are successfully delivered and all commercial opportunities are explored to maintain and grow company sales and margins in order to fulfil the objectives of the Company Vision, values and long-term business plan.
What You'll Do:
- Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Builds brand value and market awareness and penetrates market with CSafe passive products and aligns with wider cold chain portfolio.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers including a focus at the manager/decision maker level.
- Coordinates with sales teams to produce effective, strategic selling solutions for passive cold chain products and works closely with the team to align on any common opportunities.
- Clarifies and qualifies opportunities; develops proposals and makes formal presentations to potential clients.
- Ensure CSafe value proposition is clearly communicated it in the target market with customers, prospects and partners.
- Meet with customers / clients face to face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers / clients.
- Develop the sales and marketing strategy.
- Maintains and communicates market knowledge, e.g., changes in customer environment and competitive landscape.
- Provides accurate and relevant reports as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 10 years experience in complex sales management, ideally possesses experience in both domestic and international sales.
- Expertise in businesstobusiness, technical selling. Life sciences background preferred.
- Having a good existing relationship with pharma/life science/ Biotech customers.
- Successful selling experience in selling tangible value-added solutions, preferably in the medical device, capital equipment and/or cold chain logistics industry.
- Successful experience in winning new large ticket customers.
- Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and specialty packaging marketplaces is a plus.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Life Science, Healthcare, Logistics or Supply Chain. MBA preferred.

- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
- South Indian languages (written or spoken) are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook and others).
- Knowledge of complex sales tools.
- CRM tools experience, preferably with Salesforce.com.
