Job Description- Department: General Insurance

We are an insurance intermediary based out of Bangalore and have obtained Regulators license to act as an intermediary. And we are looking for candidates having mixed portfolio and significant sales in Group Health Insurance, Liability Insurance, Marine Insurance and Project Insurance in their portfolio. Any additional experience in selling Retail Health Insurance will be good.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the direct sales channel.- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationship with existing clients as well as reaching new clients.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation and deal closing.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
Minimum 7 years of experience in general insurance sales.- Having experience in Insurance Broking.
Having experience in building distribution channel.
- Proven track record in direct sales channels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
